Here's the thing. We don't know who is telling the truth in this situation. We may never know. What we do know, is the things Dorner accuses the LAPD are things they've had issues with in the past. But it could be true that LAPD's claim that Dorner returned from active duty with mental issues. Even if Dorner is right, does that excuse him going Rambo on everyone he thinks wronged him? Of course not. But he'll atleast have some validity to being crazy.
What isn't up for debate, is the LAPD is not trying to bring Dorner in. They are quite obviously shooting to kill, and given that they've opened fire on civilians for just the suspicion of being Dorner, it's pretty obvious. You can believe that maybe there's truth behind his claims and the LAPD wants to shut him down, or simply want revenge for his actions; Either way, if they find him. he's a dead man.
The LAPD's eagerness to eliminate Dorner makes me suspicious myself. It's one thing to protect people, it's another to try and gun down anyone who might possibly be the suspect with little warning.
