Yes, this was posted by LordCinnamon in the Caesar 3 thread 23 hours ago. GOG evidently told newsletter subscribers yesterday.

man, Interstate 76!! this is one of my most wanted games I've been waiting for on GOG.... I have tried on and off for the last several years to get my old copy working with little to no luck... it hates 64bit windows... Can't wait for this, instant buy for me... I LOVED this game when it came out, and the gameplay is still a blast.
