I think its a good thing the game will be releasing at 6 AM EST so that will help spread the traffic out a bit of the initial rush of people buying the game.

Or that poor server will just be a smoldering pile of ash by the end of the day.
Where you around when D3 was released? I didn't buy it but I hung out in some of the Blizzard forums watching people freak out as they realized it would be several days before they could log on long enough to even make an account.

Yes I remember that and seeing all the nerd rage. I don't think things here will reach that level, but I could see that poor animated character being crushed by the earth popping up more today and tomorrow.
