Indeed. I had some fun playing against people on the EU servers a few minutes ago. I'm afraid I'm rather terrible at it, though, so I think I may take a breather for a bit before I make another attempt.

GOG just brought the servers to the next level!
Now on both servers all maps and Gametypes are free to vote for.
If all players leave EU kicks back to DM (but you can still log in and vote for something different).
So see you on GOG EU for some fun!

Sweet that should keep the games going alot longer at least for me. As fun as Deathmatch is I can only put up with it for an hour or so at a time. Thanks GOG.

This reminds me of the time PC Gamer UK/RPS set up a UT2k4 server so people could play Airbucanneers. Servers were full during both appointed times. Maybe GOG should go for similar themed events, occasionally?

Just check your pings to EU captfitz, hopefully not too bad. EU is a bit better populated usually. :)

I usually ping about 150 on the EU server. Just enough lag to be noticeable, but still good enough to be playable.
