So how long do I have to wait for someone at GOG to get to my ticket and send me a reply of any kind? It's been about 2.5 weeks and I still haven't gotten anything back yet. Even after I sent my ticket number in a DM on twitter, I even did not get any reply back at all (which was almost 2 weeks ago).

So how long do I have to wait in general?

An automated reply should have been sent back at once (or within 5 minutes). After that, it's usually one or two business days.
They have had a recent flood of tickets, so some categories were moved to lower priority, and every once in a while a ticket does slip through the cracks.

Replying to the automated message should reopen the ticket in case it was prematurely closed.

P.S. Did you check your junk folder to see if the replies ended up there?

2 days most...something is wrong, maybe your message was never deliver in the first place, you should write them again.

Yeah I did, nothing as well. Thanks for the answer though. I'll try the replying thing again then.
