Weclock: I went to Gamestop today, and I thought about this thread.
I said to myself "Do not bring it up, those simpletons are idiots and making a fool of them will not make you any bigger of a man."
But as I was just casually browsing, I was queried..
I told the lady that I didn't need help, but that I would like to ask her a question..
"Do you have Megaman legends.... on PC?"
The other attendant behind her scoffed and knew right away that they didn't. I knew they didn't.
The unfortunate lady who happened to be 'helping' me said that they did indeed, not have a copy of the game, but to her credit she did recommend I visit "Fry's Electronics (who probably also wouldn't have a copy of the game and is miles away from the location of GameStop that I was at..)."
I told her "No, you do have it, it's just on your online store. This knowledge can save people a lot of time and heart ache if you were bright enough to know this before hand."
She replied "Our system doesn't check the website.."
I finished her off, "of course not, why would you guys do that? you're a retail store."
I hope that this thread has served it's purpose, I have used my superior nerdy asshole bullshit to pummel a poor unsuspecting person into the ground. Hopefully she won't commit suicide over the act.

Awwww dangit. You broke GameStop.
I remember this game as MegaMan64. There is a torrent of it on demonoid floating around, but the PC version still asks you on the save menu to choose your PS1 memory card :O
Good memories but the game didn't age well, I played it a year ago (via torrent) and it's really a horrid control scheme in the game. Couldn't enjoy it, yet I clearly remember Megaman 64 being awesome for a whole year of my life. Again, guess it didn't age too well.

stop being stupid!

I wasn't aware there was a PC version of the first one, I knew there was of Megaman Legends 2 for PC. Either way, my mistake. So sure, it would be nice to see both titles in GOG.
Wow. Didn't think there would be this many replies in a day. I know it's available for windows 98 pc. I was thinking that gog.com could take it and fix it to work on XP and Vista. Roms just don't work as well as the installed game its self. The controlls would be a little difficult for pc inless you have a controller with two sets of shoulder buttons or you use a combination keybord controller set up. I owned this game on playstation and could pick it up and beat it at least once a week. When you beat it in a certain amount of time you unlock easy mode wich allows you to start with the skate shoes and maxed out blaster. This is definitly in my top five favorite games of all time and would love to see gog.com have this title.
