In this weekend's promotion we're giving all strategy games fans a 25% discount for a travel through time.
You can visit the past, the present and the future in the three great strategy games: [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/celtic_kings_rage_of_war]Celtic Kings: Rage of War, Original War and Haegemonia Gold Edition. With the discount the first two games can be yours for only $4.49 each while you can grab Haegemonia for $7.49. What's worth mentioning, we've managed to fix the multiplayer in Original War, so you can now play the game more reliably over the Internet! It's not a bundle promotion, so you'll receive the 25% discount if you buy only one, two or all three games! Check out the promo page for details.
nice promo a pity i have all 3 games but good for people who hasnt gotton Original war or Haegomania
Only one missing on my shelf was Original War. Fixed.
Thanks, guys.
I already have all three :) But only 'Original War' on GOG, the other two on CD.
Anyway, I did/do rather enjoy "Haegemonia" so that's my recommendation of the bunch.
Got Celtic Kings. Thanks, GOG!
What about Original War? I've seen not-so-good reviews over the net...
I'll definitely be getting Celtic Kings then!
Original War is mine now. €3,14 is just a great value, thank you GoG. :)

I already own Original War, but the Haegemonia is tempting now.....
Haegemonia Gold Edition moves from wishlist to basket.
Thanks GOG!
I was just about to say I have them all so no buy for me. But I realised I didnt have Original War - maybe its time to put it in the basket :)
Otherwise I would recommend Celtic Kings. I had never heard of it before and Im not a good RTS player, but I really enjoyed the game. Had an alright story and the gameplay suited me perfectly ( no base building and limited resource management - more about accumulating troops, exploring and knowing when and where to attack with the right troop types ).
Man, so tempting to buy all three! I don't have any of them. What to do, what to do?

IMO - it's a great game. The story is quite interesting (just take a look at the intro. One of the greatest WTF moments I ever had while watching one), the game mechanics are quite unique (and, well, original), the music is quite diverse and the dialog gets hilarious at times (in a good way).
The only thing that used to bother me is that I remember the voice acting to be a LOT better in the Polish version... but I got used to it after some time.
Definitely not a typical, StarCraft-like or C&C-like strategy game. For one thing - you'll probably get emotionally attached to you men more than in X-COM, to a point where you'll be tempted to restart over and over again until you beat the mission with zero losses... Although - that would be advisable anyway, since for each mission you can get up to 3 medals and a star for your performance...
Overall - I wouldn't hesitate a minute to buy it if I hadn't already. Especially at $4.49, which is just ridiculous.
I can recommend Original War. Its a great, non typical RTS. But have in mind that its also veeery challenging. And in many missions, one bad move or defending too long (not attacking at all) can be deadly for you and can cause you to fail.
I would like to ask about Haegemonia: Its more like Homeworld or Sins of Solar Empire or GalCiV?
Sorry, I already have all of them. It's a good promo anyway
Aww crap. Already have all three. :P
And second the recommendation for Original War. It's definately good RTS and it's not your typical RTS either as if you get your people killed, they are dead for good and you have to use crappy replacements for rest of the game.
Only problems were that I freaking hated my soviet alter ego and there is no Mercenary campaign, only one for US and one for USSR.
