What game has the "best" bonus content? That you actually used/viewed/listened to/other with?
The Witcher and Fallout games for me.
EASY!!!!
Carmageddon, the cut-out paper cars.
How about this GOGmix?
From what i played:

Mass Effect - Bring the down the Sky.
The decision that you have to make in the end. To sacrifice a few hostages to kill a madman or vice versa.

Mass Effect 2 - Overlord.
Loved the history that enfolds while you progress through the dlc.

Fallout:NV - Old World Blues.
The sorrounding, the jokes, the enemies (according with wiki can be hard past +35).This dlc is a must have.

Fallout:NV - Honest Hearts.
I really liked the lore with "Father" how he look after the tribe lefting "gifts", teaching them.

Dont know if The Witcher 2 Dark mode and arena is consider bonus content but its one hell of a mode.

Fallout because it has the soundtrack which has "A Trader's Life" on it.
Soundtracks like Rayman 2's, Beyond Good and Evil, and Serious Sam: 2nd Encounter are pretty good imo.
