Yeah, Gizmo's Freeware has the download link for it and I already have it...What does it do because I think it is a backup program of some sort.
It's supposed to be a program that helps you partition your hard drive.

Because partitioning a hard drive can mess up your system if you do it wrong...
If you have Vista or newer the built-in partition manager is preferable to any third-party solution, especially a less well-known one; if a partition change screws up you can lose one or more of your partitions, likely corrupting the data within. The only limitation of Microsoft's partition manager is that you cannot expand partitions to the left, but if you plan ahead when making your partitions and/or have a spare drive to shuffle files onto this shouldn't be a problem anyway.
Yeah the vista partition manager is quite good, for anything earlier I just whack in a livecd of ubuntu and use gparted
