Panda-Z seems to be a parody of Mazinger-Z which I haven't watched.
Well then, here are two pics.
EDIT:
24 hours are over (more or less) so here a two hints and another screenshot.
- It's newer than 2005
- It's a TV Series with 24 - 26 episodes
EDIT2:
With these hints, it should be easy.
- It was broadcast in 2010 or newer
- It has 25 episodes.

It's not that it was hard, it's that you edited your post. When you edit a post the thread isn't bumped, neither is it indicated that anything new was posted, so no one checked the thread because they had no idea you provided hints. Woops. Sorry, forgot about it.
Anyway, here's mine. It's one of my all-time favorite anime series.
It came out in 2007 with 26 episodes. It shows a society where augmented reality is widespread, and using Google Glass-like devices no less. And this is before Google Glass ever became a thing!
