I have many cut-scenes I really really like, but my favorite one where always fall off my chair laughing and weeping tears of joy is this one:

Mr. Zulu aka George Takei aka Emperor Yoshiro dissing the Americans and their Dollar.

All of Grand Theft Auto 4 and Metal Gear Solid 4's cutscenes litirally both games cutscenes were like movies and I say that in a good way :)

I always loved the opening to Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto has some of the funniest cutscenes ever.
