I always loved the intros for Dawn of War and also Dark Crusade.

The intro for Hellgate: London is also an amazing piece of cinema.

Goatbrush: Spoilers etc etc

Brutal Legend - Mr Crowley. I love this cutscene.

Psychonauts - Milkman Cut Scenes. His milk is delicious.
Great, can't see the Brutal Legend Video because of "copyright issues" ARghghhg...

I'm seriously want to be milkman myself.

Icewind Dale - Destruction Of The Crystal Tower

One of My Favorites
I hate to go back to the nineties FMV extravaganza, but I always LOVED the intro for the 32 bit versions of Road Rash:

Seriously, awesome motorbikes, police chases, and Soundgarden all packed into one video of awesomeness that really screams the 1990's, and I couldn't have it any other way.

Wishbone: Giants: Citizen Kabuto has some of the funniest cutscenes ever.

"TIMMY!!!"

"I am your father!"

reaver894: OK thanks to you my backlog is getting a reshuffle... I hope your pleased with yourself
I'm always pleased if I can get someone to play Giants: Citizen Kabuto. It's the only game that has ever brought me close to the point of actually physically vomiting from laughing too much.
The first things that come to my mind are intros to first two Fallouts and Kerghan's final speech cutscene in Arcanum.
