Based on what they say and what Night Dive Studios wrote on their Facebook page, it sounds like they know who got it, but all Team Pixel said in the KS update was:
"We anticipate an announcement of the new owner to be made within a couple weeks and for the sale to be finalized around mid-May."

"THQ will then have to discuss the bids with the entities that it owes money to, and then it will decide on a primary bidder and back-up bidder for each of its IPs. THQ will then have to present the sales to the court, who will have to approve each sale. Everything is expected to finalize sometime in May."

Awww...crap. Artisan Dice have now added a custom pen and pencil set as an option. I was hoping to steer clear of temptation here, but the !"£%&! is making it damn hard. :(
