So, I have been an IGN Prime subscriber for several months now (4-5 months) and something strange happened with my subscription.

The IGN Prime hub treats me like I have no Prime subscription, I got the welcome page which encourages me to subscribe to Prime.

When I go to the Settings, I can't find a subscriptions subsection in the whole settings page although I clearly remember, there was one and my Prime subscription was listed there.

Anyone else having these strange experience?

Ps: meanwhile I realized that they removed the trial subscription option, also the minimum subscription time is 3 months now. I guess we can thank the people abusing the free trial for free game keys.
Either they're reformatting the user list or it's an error. If you've already paid for a month of service and haven't gotten it you should probably contact them about it.
I once did a week free trial, but that's long over. Now I discovered that I can log in (fair enough) and it says that I don't have any subscriptions (which I don't) but can still access the special offers, which I thought needed a subscription.

I'll take what you don't want.
Edit: I'm kidding btw, in case you started planning which spoon works best to dig out someone's eyes.

@gyokzoli - But yeah, if you've paid for the subscription, contact them. If not, then it's probably not too big an issue to sign up again.

I have the exact opposite issue. Same deal as Barefoot_Monkey. I haven't been charged since I cancelled it, but I still get the emails and links to free stuff.

I think IGN has terrible user data software or something.

Same here.
