Just kidding. I had to check Wikipedia what games they have made, I apparently it is just Diablo 1-2, and a couple other games I've never heard of, like the one above. And back then they weren't even called Blizzard North.

So was the question just about which you prefer, Diablo 1 or 2?

No, the 'Craft properties were always Blizzard Irvine's work. Blizzard North did the Diablo games.

Oh, and my choice is D1, for the mood/atmosphere. Never cared about the loot aspect of those games.

Diablo 1

Diablo 2

To this day I am amazed that blizzard is missing out on the money fountain that would result in porting D1 and D2 to android/ios tablets. Me wanty!

Starcraft

What's your favourite game by Flagship Studios?

Diablo 2, of course.

For the vast majority of people, the Diablo series are the only games created by Blizzard North that they've ever heard about. So for all intents and purposes it may as well be a Diablo 1 versus Diablo 2 thread.

Between the two, I prefer Diablo 2, but I still love the original.

Diablo II

Though if counting the remains of the company that formed Runic Games counts, then Torchlight 2.
