I lost my left one to cancer so I don't know what it's like to pop but sometimes I can still feel it hanging there only to look down and see nothing. :P

When you have it is the tumor attached to your ball and not just in the sack? I have a big massive lumpy sack on one side, but think they are cysts because I don't think they are attached to my actual nuts.
