Stuff: the director's cut patch removes the censorship, the Insane Difficulty mod make it hard so . . .

Wow. They must have been censoring a lot of stuff. This insane difficulty mod sounds SEXY!

I think the censorship was only in the US. I have not tried the Insane mod yet. Got the game, patches and mod but have not had the time to install and play . . . too many games ahead of it . . . =)

Not really. Pretty much the only really noticeable change is with the "whore collector cards", now some of them feature bewbs!
