So, I don't know what I pushed, but now when I push ctrl+alt+del, going to task manager, it doesn't show me the option to close this tab (close, zoom or minimize the window option).
How can I fix this?

I don't have Windows 7, but posts elsewhere suggest you can simply double-click that border.

double click the window above "attivita" tab
