I have Win7 RC 7200 64bit installed and everything I have installed on it works perfectly... some stuff needs compatability modes, but it all works.
I do not own it, but I do believe Sacrifice has some major problems on 64bit hardware though, so watch out for that one.

I'm mostly running titles using DOSBox. The games are not compatible with the high quality theme if you choose to play in windowed mode. This results in a lower quality theme on my computer.
Heroes 3 Intro Movie was stuttering on my Windows 7 setup (annying since you have to watch it at least once). Everything else is working fine.
Unreal Tournament won't run properly in OpenGL mode (afaik. it should look a bit better than D3D mode), but Direct 3D works perfect.

Edit the configuration and change the renderer to opengl or openglb.
