It's OK for me. Most probably, it's your browser messing around :)

I have the same issue. I use Firefox 30.0.

No problem in Internet Explorer.

That's just a placeholder icon, meaning that the browser couldn't load the picture. A full refresh (ctrl+f5) should fix it.
