Your payment attempt was declined by your bank, however the exact reason of the decline was not specified. Please double-check your credit card number, expiry date and security code during your next payment attempt.
If the credit card information was correct, you should contact your bank's customer service department for details and assistance, as this type of problem is beyond our control. When contacting your bank, you should use "GOG Limited" or "www.gog.com" as reference.
You can also use a different payment source, like a different credit card or PayPal.
Please note that banks will often "freeze" funds on accounts temporarily, even if the payment attempt was rejected. These funds will be returned to your account automatically within a few business days, and should not be treated as actual charges.
Possible causes of a declined transaction
• your bank automatically rejects all international transactions (we're based in Europe) - in such cases you should contact your bank for assistance,
• there are insufficient funds available for your card (you may need to set this up through your bank account's online panel),
• your card doesn't support online transactions (and can only be used in shop terminals and ATMs),
• your card supports online transactions, but isn't activated or set up to allow them,
• your card doesn't support international transactions at all (this is the case for many debit/prepaid/gift cards),
• your card doesn't support transactions made when you're abroad (if that is the case),
• (very rare) your card requires use of the 3DSecure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) service, which isn't used on our service.
Using a different payment source.
If you have an alternative credit card, please try using it instead.
Alternatively, try using PayPal instead of a credit card. Please note that:
• if you use the same credit card through PayPal, it is possible that the same payment problems will be present as well, as though you used the card directly on our site.
• to be 100% sure that the payment will go through, send funds to a PayPal account beforehand (under PayPal's My Account -> Add Funds) and then use that account to make a purchase on our site, without having to use a credit card; PayPal only allows users to add funds directly from a bank account, rather than from a credit card; this will usually take a few minutes, but will allow you to you avoid any credit card-related payment problems.
А я даже пароля не вводил... Не говоря уже о том, чтобы выбрать виртуальную визу или кошелёк.
