This info below is now obsolete, keys are added automatically to user account.
To access it, go to Library -> Neverwinter Nights -> More -> Serial Keys.
You can then replace them manually in nwncdkey.ini or use included CDKey Changer Tool.

I've tried this link and submitted it 3 times in the last 3 days. I still have not received a reply!

Please check your spam/junk folders (both online and in your mail viewer app, if you're using one). As far as I can tell my colleague sent you your set of keys twice - three days ago an yesterday.

You should receive it within 3 business days (holidays and weekends do not count). If you haven't (make sure to check your spam folder as Firek said above), then resend request thru above link. Rinse and repeat until you get it.

It's right there on the game page... everyone complaining clearly is challenged about actually reading on-line.

And don't just "wait" for your keys; follow the instructions to request them.

The 2-3 bussiness days is the time it usually takes to reply support requests (in this case the CD-key request, you did send it thru the above link? Posts in forum do not count although GOG staff do reply to them on occasion.). If reply takes longer, it's usually best to resend the request as there have been occasional problems with mail server and support may get swamped with support requests at times so yours may get burried. Note that GOG offices are based in Polland so their timezone is GMT +1 (yours seem to be GMT -3 or -4 depening where in brazil you live) and GOG staff works between 8:00 and 16:00 so depending when you send your request, it's entirely possible they'll see it next morning at the earliest.

And just to make sure I'm not misunderstood:

You can send the CD-key request as soon as you purchase a game that uses one (note that single player works out of box as GOG installer comes with generic CD-key).

You need to request it using the support form, forum posts do not count.

The 2-3 days I mentioned is the time it usually takes for GOG staff to reply but it may well come soon after you send the request depending the time of the day and how busy the staff is.

You should check your e-mail account spam/junk folder as some spam filters may mistakenly consider GOG e-mails as spam.

Ok Guys! Let´s make it clear!

It was a communication mistake, probably mine... Friends os mine received in 2 - 5 hours, and I became worried.

NICE JOB! I received the CD key in 3 days time (I could not find that information)
Willl recommend for others friends...

And Especially Thanks for my Friend of Finland, for your patient and attention. He was carefully to observe that people from others countries have different cultures and watched the minimal details in his explanation...

When You come to Brazil, don´t forget to post me and I will thank you, showing the Brazilian friendly way of living, besides of the beautiful beaches of RIO of course!
