Do I need to request CD keys to play the GOG version Single Player campaign? I have no interest in Multi-Player and just want to play the single player.

No. unique keys are only needed for online or Lan play.

nope, the CD key is only necessary if you want to play multiplayer. You might want to request one anyway, just in case you get the urge some time, but you can still get a TON of fun out of the game without multiplayer.
