Hey Everybody,

really hope someone else has run into this issue.

I am at the part in SoU where you get petrified and enslaved by the Asabi lizard people. I have Deekin as my henchman and when I get de-petrified he is standing the next room, but no longer in my party, and when I go click on him to engage dialogue nothing happens.

I think the issue stems from him being removed from the party without going through the dialogue chain to do so.

Does anyone know how to get around this? I really want to keep him in my party

Deekin isn't responding to you because he's still supposed to be petrified. You need to find a way to restore him to normal (Ashara doesn't do it; he only restores you) before he can be recruited. If Deekin is not petrified, that's a weird bug and probably the reason why he's not responding to you, because he's not supposed to be able to respond until you restore him. I'd try using some sort of stone to flesh effect on him to see if that works, and if not maybe reload to a previous save in the last chapter if you still have one.
