Like the title says, I'm trying to run Neverwinter Nights 2 in something other than the default 1024x768 resolutions. However, when I go into the Options/Graphics setting, there are no resolutions listed in the settings - the box is empty (see attached screen clip).
I've tried a number of things to get this to work:
* Editing the nen2.ini and nwn.ini files - the only option that seems to take effect is the option to disable the intro movies
* Changing the refresh rate of my laptop display from 120 Hz to 60 Hz in the nVidia Control Panel
* Changing the graphics processor from the nVidia GPU to the Intel GPU (see laptop specs below)
* Setting various Compatibility settings (Vista, 7, XP SP3, etc.)
* Disabling fullscreen optimizations and setting scaling options
* Searching for more information on the issue - seen a few similar Mac laptop issues, but no messages with solutions
Laptop specifications follow:
* Intel i7 9750H processor with Intel UHD 630
* nVidia RTX 2060 (6GB) mobile
* 1920x1080 120Hz screen
* 64 GB RAM and plenty or SSD storage
* Up-to-date Windows 10 install with the most recent nVidia graphics drivers
Game is installed to a dedicated Games folder (i.e. not in Program Files (x86)). It works just fine on my desktop with a similar setup (GTX 1060 6GB, i7 4770, up-to-date Windows/nVidia drivers). Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Found a post elsewhere that the person was able to partially fix the issue by changing the nwn2.ini file and then press CTRL + ALT + F11 while in game and the screen does go into widescreen when going into Fullscreen mode. However this results in (possibly) the 1024x768 or 1280x1024 resolution being stretched, not an actual resolution change. It's playable, but doesn't look the best. And still doesn't resolve why there are no resolutions listed in the Screen Resolution box. *shrug*
EDIT2: CTRL+ALT+F11 toggles the scaling option in the Intel UHD 630 GPU. Which is odd since the laptop's mode light is showing NWN2 is using the RTX 2060 GPU. But it is definitely stretching the 1024x768 resolution in fullscreen. The resolution set in the nwn2.ini file is ignored regardless of what I set it to. The game is playable in fullscreen, but looks a little off when stretched to widescreen. Still, it is playable at the moment.
