I'm a total computer noob. I was wondering how does one access the soundtrack and wallpapers that come with the game?

You will need an archiver, like (free) to unpack the files. You will then need a multimedia player like the built-in Windows Media Player, or [url=https://mpc-hc.org/]Media Player Classic, which is free, for the sound tracks. And for wallpapers, use the built-in Windows image viewer, or the free IrfanView.
