Hi everyone,

I used to own NWN way back in the day and really enjoyed making my own adventures with the toolset. I recently bought the NWN Diamond on sale and was eager to get back into it, but I have an issue.

The camera moves too fast. If I click the "Pitch Camera Up/Down" or the move camera button even once, it pitches all the way in one direction or moves me to the edge of the map. There are no degrees, just all the way.

I suspect its because my current PC is so much more powerful than what NWN was made for way back in the day - but I'd really like a solve if anyone has one. Thanks!

Instead of clicking on the arrows to move the camera, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and then press and hold one of the mouse buttons to pan, zoom and rotate. This is not a proper solution to the speed problem, but it should help.

Another, more radical, solution could be running the Toolset in a virtual machine (maybe with an older version of Windows installed).

Thanks! This worked for me. In fact, once you start using the CTRL key, the arrows start to "compensate" and are less severe. No idea why that works, but I don't care as long as it does!
