so, for all my searching through the web and forums without an answer. I've come here for help. This is what occurs:
when accessing the initial file from the web browser in the tray, this occurs
"setup was unable to create the directory"
"C:User\(my name here)~1\AppData\Local\Temp\is-9FHKM.tmp" with (is-#####.tmp) being random.
"Error 5: Access is denied"
anyone have an idea or solution? that would be great.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, try remember not everyone will have used this unnamed web browser or be familiar enough with things you haven't named to know what's going on. You also haven't included any system information which is rather important for any technical help.

Though if I were to take a shot in the dark, with you mentioning "Access is denied" and that path, I'd guess you might be trying to run the installer from a location either you or it don't have full rights in.

Presuming you aren't doing the following maybe give it a go. Download the installer (all parts of it, some installers consist of multiple files) to a download folder, by download folder I mean a folder you have full access to (ie permission to edit, rename, delete, create files etc). If you're unsure about this try avoid the system drive and save the installers files to something like D:\Downloads\, though if you only have the system drive make a new folder so save the downloads in such as C:\Downloads\. Once all the installers files have been downloaded into this folder open that folder and try running the installer.

Here I say installer because I don't even know what game you're trying to install, I only presume it's a game because of where you've posted.
