Tallima: That's still a sign of a major problem. With V-sync off, your GFX processor was working as hard as it could, constantly. As it worked hard, it got hot. As it got hot, it turned on a fan faster and faster that eventually was squealing.
You will likely want to check into it and replace that fan. If it's squealing, that likely means it has a bad bearing or something else is significantly wrong with it. And so if you don't replace it, you may overheat your graphics card, which will render it dead.
I hope you enjoy the game! If you get a chance to join a DM-led multiplayer experience, it's probably the best RPG experience that can be had on the PC.
I checked out my graphics card, and checked with a couple friends. Apparently, this is a really common issue with newer graphics cards. They all have this problem and I helped them with it. I have an evga gtx 960 4gb, and its pretty new. Thanks for your concern, though. :)
