I redeemed my backup of Witcher two and noticed that there is 13 installers? Why so many?

Not 13 installers, just 13 parts of the same installer. Just download (you can use GOG downloader - http://www.gog.com/downloader) all the parts and run the installer via setup_witcher.exe.
As for why installer is split in 13 parts - well, in case something happens during download, you won't need to download 1 big file again, just the problematic part. ;)
