Recently I saw some of the digital stores in my country open up pre-orders for The Witcher 3. They will be shipping the game as retail discs once the game gets released. The question is that will I be getting a code that is redeemable on GOG like the previous games? I really need to know this before I pre-order from there.

From the FAQ - "Will I be able to redeem a backup copy of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on GOG.com?
The backup program for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is not planned any time soon, for sure not around release time. It was a one time action for The Witcher and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. It might happen sometime in the future, but, currently, it's not in our plans."

Thank you very much for the guidance. I obviously didn't bother looking at the FAQ! :P
