Also I did play it for a while and I entered a conversation with the comic style drawing. There the game really tripped. It didn`t crash but it had such great lag that I had to abort the game.
I hope that someone can help me, I really want to play this game

My great thank, Chiel
What settings are you running the game on?
I don't think you will run it very well on anything but low and you might not even there.
But you can try it on low settings with a lower screen resolution and see if that helps.
I`m running it on medium and low. can you tell me what is the problem. Video card or something and can I change something about it??

Lot of thanks

CPU is pretty reasonable, but the video card is weak.

For reference, I've been playing w/ a 2720QM + Quadro 2000M, which is a somewhat more powerful setup but not drastically so, and have been playing in Medium w/ SSAO disabled. It's been fluid in and around Flotsam -- except for the one dream sequence you've encountered. A second dream sequence of the same type went smoothly, so perhaps the first one is supposed to stutter a bit...

Try

1) check your driver version (see the stickies)
2) make sure that SSAO is disabled, and definitely ubersampling
3) consider disabling the depth-of-field effects if they're still enabled in low
4) consider dropping down to low
5) consider dropping resolution.
