I am getting the following when I try to run the game:


No write access!

Write access is denied to critical file '/Volumes/the_witcher_2_1.0.0.1.dmg/The Witcher 2/Data/witcher2.vpfs'! Game cannot be started. Please ensure that the game has full access to folder '/Volumes/the_witcher_2_1.0.0.1.dmg/The Witcher 2/Data' and all its contents.



I just started using mac so any help appreciated :)

Hmm, access violation. Try this:
Go to Applications => Utilities => Disk Utility => Repair Disk Permissions

Thanks for your help. I found out what I was doing wrong. I didn't copy the game to Applications...

Mac OS is kinda weird.

It's working now :)
