i bought a steam code from ebay and it worked, but the game won't download because it says it says "please specify location of part 11 to continue- by default all the files should be placed in the same folder as the installer, browse and specify the right path". every time i do this i can't find the part 11 file. i'm quite new to RPGs and have never bought a digital download before, so i'm not sure what to do. any help would be appreciated thanks.

The Witcher 2 has a multi-part Windows installer. You need to download all 13 parts to the same folder, e.g. w2install:
setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25.exe
setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25-1.bin
.
.
.
setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25-11.bin
setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25.bin
If it's complaining about part -11 check to see nothing has renamed setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25-11.bin. Otherwise, download that file again.

MD5 (setup_the_witcher2_ee_3.4.0.25-11.bin) = 0b0e08f0ac106f5e4af70903dce63714

Bin 11 is actually part 12 of 13. see pic
Make sure your .bin's haven't been renamed to .rar's
redownload 11.bin.
