I'm having a peculiar problem with the Dragon escape scene. As soon as I get past the QTE and press "W" for run, Geralt turns and runs TOWARDS the dragon, instead of away. I don't have any control to do anything put push "W". There isn't time to change perspective, and as much as I have tried, I don't see to be able to get over the shoulder at all.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get past this scene?

you want to run towards the camera, also if you disable hard "QTE" in your options menu you can just hold down the key to run away and he will auto dodge until you reach the end of the sequence...

You know, I did this about 5 times and the S key didn't respond. But it's the magic of the forums, I guess. I went back and all of a sudden, it's fine.

No matter what I do I can't get past the dragon escape!
I turned off QTEs and hold down S right away but the dragon catches up and swats the king and I right at the first diamond shaped part of the bridge. Is there anything special I need to do? This is ridiculous!

I didn't need to do anything else myself, but one other thing I thought of was that I am playing on easy for my first playthrough. If your not already perhaps try dropping the difficulty setting to the lowest...

Dude you are the best!

Right at the beginning of the fight it tells you about the right mouse button, but it goes off the screen so fast it's easy to miss.

I'm playing on easy to, I didn't have to do anything but run, the dragon was still kicking my ares for quite some time. It was redonkulous. Its face or hand would just hit me and plow me into the ground. Eventually the clouds decided to part and a ray of light shone down long enough for me to make it to the end.

What the hell? I must be missing something. I cant even get past the second "group" of enemies in the wooden tunnel. I get incinerated as soon as I step outside the first tunnel. If I wait, the whole thing gets burned down. I lose all my life in about 2 seconds, its nuts.

Keep close to your allies, watch the ceiling for falling logs. Run whe they run, rol if neccessary.

Also, the Quen sign helps.

Well, I got passed it, but I never came upon a QTE sequence. I just ran across a short bridge, it landed on the other side, they shot the ballista and that was that. Is there another dragon fight that I am not aware of??
