Get up to the barricade, but can't figure out to get by. No dialouge. Got 2 sorcerees and a king and can't get by a simple log barricade. Geralt and Roche are not there, so no clue as to what's up here?

Are you referring to the beginning of Chapter 2? If you look around, there is a path that you can walk along. Might be at your back.

You're not supposed to 'get by' any barricade, follow the path and eventually you'll get to the meeting place.
