The game crashes every single time after the intro cinematic stops playing (the one with the Kingslayer on the boat) so I can't even get into the main menu. It first crashed just as I was collecting the mucus for the Kayran quest and since then I've had this problem. I tried re-installing it but it didn't help.
I've searched but can not find this problem discussed anywhere except this thread on steam: https://steamcommunity.com/app/20920/discussions/0/133257324785425076/?
Of course I'm playing the GOG version though, not the Steam version. Also the solution there doesn't work anyway because I had uninstalled and removed all saves/files of The Witcher 1 before installing The Witcher 2.
I'm using Windows 10 by the way.
What should I do?
