No. But it is true that this review sucks. There are some valid things said in the actual review..but the score of 6/10 is ridiculous.

It's just like, his opinion, man. No need to start rending our clothing, gnashing our teeth and writhing in ashes.

Although, he actually *likes* the QTE's, the one aspect of the game that is almost universally disliked by even the fans of the game. So I do sense a strong contrarian vibe:

"Oh, and strangely I even like the quick-time-event sections, especially the hand-to-hand brawls, which manage to be quite exciting in spite of their QTE nature. "

Someone who is capable of making that statement is not someone who Im going to see eye to eye with on many things, Im afraid.

How is the targeting system broke? I don't have any issues with it.

(not a "I'm better than you" post..being serious..maybe I have just been lucky..I haven't played much as I haven't had time..and want to upgrade my computer)

It's a Jim Sterling thing, he does stuff like this on purpose to get hits.

Jim Sterling is a professional troll. It sounds like I'm angry or or being malicious there, but I really mean exactly what I say: he makes a living evoking responses, and will admit to it if pressed. He regularly releases articles clearly designed to taunt a specific demographic or fanbase, either for personal amusement or to generate page views, I can't say.

He's the Howard Stern of game reviews: once you let him get you angry, he's won. Just roll your eyes and move on.

The reviewer makes a lot of good points, I don't see what's so horrible about the 6 / 10. Until all those small bugs and oversights are fixed, I'd give it that. (And then when those are fixed, I'll give a 10 / 10 - until then, no excuse).

Its not just his opinion, its a supposed professional review that shows up on metacritic. Its npt a blog. Jim sterling hates Pc gaming and gave black ops a 9.5.

I think he actually believes in this one, it's just not a game for him. Reviewing outside of your element generally produces results like this.

Yeah, I need to upgrade my GPU too, but it just seems to not want to stick on the guy closest to me that I'm kinda pointing at, and there might be a way to lock the thing, but it should kinda do that automatically

Hmm. He likes the fist fight QTE. Sorry but any decent RPG fan/player will realize this guy is not fit for reviewing this game. He should stick to console titles that require less brain activity.
