Enhanced edition doesn't come with the base_scripts.dzip file in the CookedPC folder. All mods using this file as a base for their changes don't work! What's the solution?

I just started playing it(Enhanced Edition, recently downloaded), and decided to run a couple of mods. base_scripts.dzip was there in CookedPC. It was 4th .dzip from the top in CookedPC folder.

I installed it outside of C: (E:\GOG Games\ etc) and was using the standalone installer version (not Galaxy).
