Great! Maybe I can finally finish this game.
Oh, would have been nice with a direct link that doesn't require me to sign up for yet another site/service. I'm not exactly a modder.

Hi,
I started playing Witcher 2 recently and unable to play because of the narrow field of view. This a clear design flaw and it can be resolved using Puruko Fov_1_1 mod. However, with this mod, the user needs to press a key as many times as he needs to increase the field of view, and this at each reload or whenever the camera fov changes by itself.
It clearly became very frustrating so I edited his mod so that the FOV change is permanent.
I'll post the link later as I am apparently unable to post links on the forum for now (probably because this is my first post). If you need the file, it is on Nexus mods and it's called Fov_Fix_Value.
Hope this helps. I find the game so much more enjoyable with this :).
