I want to use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61732 but I don't know where to put the downloaded ESP file. Some places suggest putting it in the CookedPC folder but that 1) Doesn't work & 2) doesn't make the mod appear in the MODS list in the Launcher.

Specifically the Dust Remover version of the mod.

This is a Skyrim mod and it is not compatible with Witcher 2.
