I am curious whether the parrying talent is worth taking to second level. The tooltip of it indicates that its already blocking blows from all directions, and when i take the second level it still remains on 50%, i was wondering whether it changes values with difficulty (i am on dark mode), since i have red that it is supposed to block 100% of dam on second level. On my test trials it doesnt seem to do any difference (damage in the combat log). Im wondering whether the second level of daggers is more usefull to invest in. Any thoughts?

It was a while ago since i played... But did they not change how parry work by making it not able to get 100% dmg reduction? Or do i remember wrong...
