In the inn's downstairs area.
EDIT: You go into the inn, down the stairs, do a 180 and go past the guys who are fighting and through the door, then turn right and go through that door. She should be in there, though she might be in the very back and hard to see.

Found her and talked to Ves and go all the euipment back. Thanks a lot for the help.
