Hi, On insane difficulty is the only difference from hard the starting from the beginning if you die? or are enemies stronger and smarter?

if they are stronger and smarter, does anyone know of a mod to get around the starting from the beginning on insane and just getting the stronger enemies?

Difficulty wise it is the same as hard just with the if you die you are ploughed part that you need to start from the beginning.

You'll learn to hate QTEs ;)
