Is anybody else missing the FLAC soundtrack for the Witcher 2? I have a feeling its because I have the AU version...

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's because of the AU version. It's there in the standard version (see screenshot).

You could try deactivating the GOG downloader and refreshing your account (open this link while logged in: https://secure.gog.com/account/refresh). If the FLAC soundtrack doesn't appear, I'd contact support.
