I just got my pre-order from Amazon. I got both of the armours but how exactly you unlock them? it says in Launcher i should go to "Pre-Order Redemption Code" But there is no such option.

Do I need to register the game first?

Also, how do you use the old saves from Witcher 1?

You have to register the game first.

Then in the dlc section of the launcher you can add a code on the right.
