I can not level up. the experience's bar is full but not appear the icon +. in the talents tree, surpass the threshold of experience points but I don't have talent to spend. here is look at the screen. I use mod full combat rebalance 2 downloaded from redkit.

FCR2 makes the xp below the health bar appear to be full all the time. it also removes the 'Level Up' symbol. The only way to check the XP until next level while using FCR2 is to go to the character screen by pressing 'C'.

Edit: Looking at your screen shot it looks like you are missing some talent points. Did you start a new game when using FCR2?
