By the way, is the kingdom of Temeria supposed to represent medieval France and the kingdom of Redania Poland? Because their flags -you get to see the Temerian thorought all the prologue, in the flags of the Temerian military camp during the prologue, in the Temerian soldier's armors, Roche's medallion flag, and the Redanian in Chapter 3, in Radovid and his soldier's armors-, because the Temerian flag is composed by white fleurs-de-lis on a blue background (similar to the French medieval flag) and the Redanian flag is kinda of similar to the Polish medieval flag.
