Does the encircled symbol to the left of the vigor bar mean anything?

EDIT: wait...I think it might just be an arbitrary symbol with geometry mirroring your max vigor...can anyone confirm?

e.g. two circles --> max vigor = 2
triangle (three vertices) --> max vigor 3
rectangle (4 vertices) --> max vigor 4
5-pointed star --> max vigor 5
6-pointed star --> max vigor 6
