Hi Guys,

I got witcher 2 from steam. I registered the game and tried to download the dlc. It starts downloading, downloads, says verifying and restarts downloading again.... and it keeps looping like that over and over. I read others have had this issue but have not seen a solution, anyone?

Same here, with version purchased from GOG.com.
I tried the workaround mentioned in the stickied post of running patcher.exe in the game directory, and no luck.

Same here. Deleting the registry files mentioned elsewhere clears the loop, but the loop merely resumes when you try to download the DLC again.

Honestly all the niggling little issues with this game are beginning to add up and tarnish the overall experience.

I do believe that the DLC and Registration servers are offline at this time.

And have been for some time.

Can't prove it ... as no one from CD Projekt has answered my question about the same here or my submissions to their Support but that's just my guess.
